Historically Underutilized Business (HUB)
The mission of the HUB program is to provide guidance and assistance to historically underutilized businesses (HUBs) and Small Contractors to afford these businesses a fair opportunity to participate in the competitive procurement process.
State Surplus Program
TFC administers the state surplus property program. The State Surplus program has a retail store in Austin, Texas, with property available for sale to the public, including surplus vehicles, furniture, and equipment. The program also hosts online auctions for surplus property.
Vendor Opportunities
Each fiscal year, TFC procures goods and services in a wide range of categories. These include custodial services and supplies, to professional services for architects, engineers, general contractors, as well as various maintenance services needed to support state buildings.
Texas Border Wall Infrastructure
TFC continues to meet the directive of Governor Greg Abbott to manage and build a permanent border wall and related infrastructure for Texas.
Federal Surplus Program
TFC manages the General Services Administration's Federal Surplus Property Program for the state of Texas. Eligible organizations including certified Veteran-owned small businesses may obtain surplus federal property through this program.
