Federal Surplus Property Program

The Texas Facilities Commission manages the U.S. General Services Administration’s Federal Surplus Property Program (FSP) for the state of Texas. The Federal Surplus Personal Property Donation Program allows certain nonfederal organizations to obtain surplus federal property. The FSP program facilitates the donation of federal surplus equipment to eligible organizations in Texas,

Eligible organizations, including state agencies, political subdivisions, certified veteran-owned businesses, and certain non-profits, interested in receiving donations of surplus federal property are encouraged to contact us for more information. Our team at TFC is ready to assist and will guide you through every step of the acquisition process.

Fees: The Federal Surplus Program operates on a self-sustaining basis and may require recipients to pay a service charge to cover handling, transportation, and administrative expenses.

The general public is not permitted to obtain property from this program.
