Notice of public meetings of the Texas Facilities Commission can be found on the TFC Meeting Agenda webpage.

The Texas Facility Commission generally meets on the third Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m. in the Central Services Building.  If you wish to address the Commission in person, please complete the TFC Public Comment form at this link: TFC Public Comment Card

TFC will contact you with instructions on how to attend. You will have the opportunity to speak in front of the Commission for a maximum of three (3) minutes.  The deadline to register to address the Commission is 2:00 p.m. on the Wednesday, prior to the meeting.
