If you are interested in making a Public Information Request for information from the Texas Facilities Commission, you must do so in writing. Your written request should reasonably identify the records you are requesting. Your request should also indicate your mailing address, phone number, or other means to contact you.

 

Pursuant to Government Code Chapter 552, the Texas Facilities Commission has designated the Public Information Coordinator as the recipient of all requests for public information held by the Texas Facilities Commission.


Making a Request for Records

  • You may send a Public Information Request online using our Open Records Center.
  • Requests Submitted by Mail or In Person
