Capitol Complex Maintenance Event Shutdown Calendar

Mandate: The 89th Texas Legislature enacted SB1 (Rider 23 in TFC Bill Pattern) which mandates that all Capitol Complex Tenants be notified of planned disruption site work events to business operations, 14 days prior to the work being performed.

To fulfill the mandate of the rider, and improve business efficiency and tenant relations, TFC has created a public calendar and report on all scheduled planned disruptions events. This new resource will allow tenant agencies to look up work events for specific buildings at their convenience.
