Stationed in the Barbara Jordan Building room 2.015, the Conference Services team manages all TFC reservable meeting spaces across the agency's portfolio. They oversee the reservation system and support TFC-owned specialty systems, including A/V equipment, networks, monitors, and projectors. In addition to direct support for meetings and events, the team trains tenant agencies to use these systems, empowering them to independently manage their events while ensuring technical success.
